About The Artist
HENDERSON is an MD by education, a psychiatrist by profession, and an artist by compulsion. He is a master storyteller, using a multidisciplinary approach to his expressions that is as equally dysphemistic as it is redemptive. Hidden beneath their donned accoutrements of formality, decency and decorum, his subjects are often whimsically gaunt, tremulous, even disembodied; carrying, as it were, the artist's and observer's own paradoxes of light and shadow, spirit and beast, calling and chaos; the ultimate truth that it’s in the falling, we find our faith.
